This pizzeria is an absolute cheek. Delivery time exceeded at most. Ask FRIENDLY how long it will still take, we were told the order was on its way ... which of course it was not at this point (approx. 30 minutes later at 1km distance). The delivery time would not have been a problem if I had been told honestly on the phone that it would take a little longer and not be kidding me. After 120 minutes the order finally came. The salad was a catastrophe, the salad dressing was like water. The pizzas were too salty (for whatever reason). Overall, that was our last order there. We used to enjoy ordering there, but this promotion and the reviews of the last time speak for themselves. (Very good alternative -> Sem‘s Pizza in Dernbach, our favorite😉)

⚠️ Warning ⚠ I don't know where to start, I ordered pizza bread extra, a pack of it whole oke soft while you could throw someone else dead with the other pack because it was as hard as stone, appreciate that it was warmed up again afterwards. The pasta dishes lack any taste! From the house dressing hardly to be told, assumed cheap cocktail sauce that was diluted with water and despite the description that you didn't want tomatoes in the salad because there was an allergy this was ignored. What now sounds unbelievable is a "light" scent of cannabis that has come towards the unpacking, which can be traced back to the packaging material. At least they were there on the specified date to deliver. We definitely don't order there!

I ordered there for the first time and I have to say the last time too! Delivery time way too long and the pizza was not what I expected. The food was very tasteless, not what I know from other delivery services.

The pizza was mega. Salad crisp and fresh. The house dressing was very tasty. Many thanks

Ordered for the first time today with friends. Specified delivery time was 50 minutes. After more than an hour there was still no supplier in sight, although according to the status on Liferando the pizza is just around the corner. So the first time called. We were comforted that the driver was traveling. Well, yes, it can take a maximum of 5 minutes, so only 2.5km. Another 20 minutes .. next call, this time from myself. I was also comforted that he needed to be there, but he would call the driver. Well. Another 10 minutes without pizza 3rd call .. where is our pizza? Called buddy again .. you were probably annoyed by our call. Because he was mobbed and insulted. I do not want to reproduce the exact wording here, but I can not recommend it to anyone. Customer service is different! I still give a star 1. Because the pizza was okay (but not more) and 2. 0 stars unfortunately can not be forgiven

Unfortunately, you have to give a star! Ordered at 17 o'clock for 19 o'clock! So far so good! 19:20 was still nothing there! After I called then I was told that would have been postponed and we would have been notified! Until then not the case! I then tried to explain that I have a 4-year-old child here who is hungry and waiting for his food. In the phone call I was told, in a rather aggressive tone, "if you have eggs come here and we'll fix that". A second call with the request to speak the boss followed at 19:30 because I did not want to let that sit on me. Chef came and became just as aggressive. I wanted to cancel the order, but I was told I had to do that via the online service, which would interest him relatively little. He would rather throw the food in the trash now than it was to deliver me his last statement before he hung up. Well back to the notification that the appointment has been postponed. The arrived at 19:29. By email! So we do not order any more and I can advise against anyone!

30 minutes after the order comes then sometimes the message "Your order was canceled by the supplier" ... quite honestly, if you do not want to deliver, you should not offer it. This is more than unprofessional. After reading the other reviews, the behavior fits into the picture. I advise everyone from the order.

We ordered 5 years without problems at this Pizzaria. However, we were "spoiled" at our last order. We were threatened with physical violence. I advise everyone to support this pizzaria.

The salad was pretty disappointed but the pizza was quite good. However, the supplier was very rude! At least the delivery was fast.

Unfriendly, incompetent staff. Deliver to your whim. 3 times ordered and delivered (with waiting times up to 150 minutes) at the fourth time came the statement after we called after 2 hours, we do not deliver is too far. (12km). Problem of repayment is not his problem, we should make out with the online site, which also reportedly notified us that our delivery was canceled. Never again ! I've had to wait 105 minutes for my order. On demand there they told me it would be right there. 40 minutes later my order was there. I then called again and asked how that can be. On the phone I was treated very rude and finally insulted.
